When I opened the box I knew I made a good choice. I’ve used it twice and it is a great product. Extremely well made! Very easy to use and the cuts are on the money. Makes it easy to fit up and Tig weld, no gaps. Sweet

Bought it to notch 2-7/8 inch well pipe for a fencing project. The steel is exceptionally hard and is 3/16 to 1/4 thick. A Starrett hole saw did not work. Decided to hire the notching out to a guy with a plasma cutter. Even though it did not work for my application it is still a very nice jig.

The slide adjustment gets hung up

I have been using it to saddle the tops of 2 3/8 post for a fence and let me say it is awesome!! The welding will be simple what a perfect fit. I also plan on using it to put holes in pipe post for the gate hinges it will make a perfect hole straight through.
